Certificate Courses

Sun Coast Training & Accreditation have a range of Certificate courses that allow you to formalise your qualifications.

To undertake one of these courses, students need to be currently working within the Industry as on the job experience is necessary.  Courses range between 18 months to 3 years duration but these timeframes can be reduced considerably  through the  Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is available to all students undertaking a Certificate course.  RPL allows a student to receive recognition and acknowledgement for skills and abilities that has been acquired through previous training, work or life experiences.  Recognition of prior learning can reduce the overall time and expense needed to complete a certificate course.

Sun Coast Training & Accreditation are now a Skilling Solutions Queensland preferred provider.  Skilling Solutions Queensland is the Queensland Government’s free training and career information service.  They can assist you to identify how your existing skills could be formally recognised towards a relevant qualification through recognition of prior learning. If you would like further information on how Skilling Solutions Queensland can assist you, please contact your nearest Skilling Solutions Queensland office or visit http://www.skillingsolutions.qld.gov.au/

Certificate courses can commence at any time.
